Terms & Conditions
In using Shropshire Canine services the client understands and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Client agrees payment for services booked for the week ahead is to be made (& cleared) on the Friday prior, failure to do this may lead to client losing their slot and future services may be cancelled.
A deposit of 20% is asked upon booking to confirm a Pet sit.
Permission to use any photos or videos of the dog/s on social media or other advertising platforms is granted upon using any service.
Cancellations of services must be made at least 24 hours prior to arranged appointment. Failure to do so will mean the client is liable for full payment amount. Repeat cancellations may result in no further bookings.
In the event of hot weather deemed unsuitable to walk your dog, walks may be switched to garden time for your dog's safety and comfort. This will not be at a reduced rate.
In the event of extreme weather deemed unsuitable to walk your dogs, walks may be switched to garden time for your dogs safety and comfort. This will not be at a reduced rate.
Access must be clearly available to the dog on arrival for Shropshire Canine to complete service, with key and/or codes, full access arranged, garden gates etc unlocked. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation for that days’ service, and client will be liable for full payment.
The disclosure of any ailment, illness and behavioural issues to Shropshire Canine before using any service.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure the dog has up to date microchip details and is wearing a collar and tag.
Client not to feed dogs less than an hour before walks or trips to minimise the risk of Bloat.
It is clients responsibility to keep their pet's vaccinations up to date.
Client is liable of the full cost of any treatment for injuries or illness their dog receives whilst under the care of Shropshire Canine and authorises Shropshire Canine to seek veterinary advice/treatment as they deem necessary with any registered vet.
If purchasing a ‘doggy day trip’ for a dog in rescue and the dog is adopted before the day trip date; The client understands they will need to choose a different dog to take it’s place, from the same rescue only.
Shropshire Canine retains the right to refuse any service at any given time.
Client understands that time slots given for any service are approximate and may vary.
Doggy day trip vouchers are redeemable subject to availability.
Doggy day trip vouchers are only redeemable within catchment area.

The client accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by their dog; and Shropshire Canine are not held accountable for any vet fees or third party claims whilst in the care of Shropshire Canine.
For pet sitting services property's must be suitably heated and have hot water, a clean bed, suitable lighting and basic supplies.
We cannot fulfil pet sitting if another person has access to the home & any cameras inside the house please turn off due to privacy whilst we stay.
